Sweatstock is this Saturday, which coincides with Record Store Day, as well as Sweat’s 6th Anniversary. We suggest going if you live in Florida - many amazing bands will play at Churchill’s and Sweat Records this day + night - including Discosoma’s Lil Daggers, Beings, and Guy Harvey. Check out the set times.
We will be offering a limited edition (100 ct.) Lil Daggers 7” that you can spy over on the left sidebar of this page. The hand-numbered and stamped ‘Slave Exchange’ b/w ‘Sweetwater’ 7” features a wheat-pasted photo by the band. Check out the B-side, ‘Sweetwater’, above the poster.

This Thursday the 16th, we are co-hosting a party (“Holidazed”) w/ 10K Islands at Churchill’s Pub. Witness ANR, Plains, Deaf Poets, Sumsun, and the debut performance of Jorge Rubiera’s Can’t Stop (stream ‘Neopallium’ [Carl Sagan’s Brain Pt. II] above the flyer). 9PM doors, $5.
We are stoked to see Beings and Torche back home after a US tour. Churchill’s, $10, Wednesday night.

The legendary Miami band Floor will perform @ Churchill’s Pub Saturday, March 27th, foreshadowing their massive box set Below & Beyond available for pre-order via Robotic Empire. The set features ten 12” LP’s, one 7” EP, eight CDs and a 32-page booklet documenting the band’s career. On top of that, the release is limited to 305 copies (!!!).

Easily the best rock and roll show during WMC, The Fresh & Only’s w/ Jacuzzi Boys, Woven Bones and Beings will play the inveterate Churchill’s Pub in Little Haiti on Thursday night.
