ROM is two friends from Miami (Matt Crum and Roberto C. Lange) that have been making sounds in bands like Feathers and Savath & Savalas over the past several years. Here they have most recently collaborated on a record that interpolates the sights and sounds of Miami. Check out ‘A Waste” from Foot Signal above.

1/2 of the dudes in Suede Dudes comprise Minimalist Blasphemist. Their music is heavy and spacey and dripping sweat made of acid. Check out the Metallica Champion EP above.

Hovering above these words is ‘Sock Full of Weirdies’, a new track from Ft. Lauderdale band Honey Train. The song appears on a new cassette available at upcoming S. Florida shows.

Check out the jam above, ‘Aurora’, from Miami-native ARK IX. The 22 year-old producer released the reality re-imagining Urraca EP earlier this year - ’Aurora’ appears on the EP’s b-side collection located here.

We are pleased to reveal that this month’s Singles Night features a motley crew of South Florida writers with all-7” sets for your listening pleasure. As usual, Lester’s is hosting - come by and hang.
Dig this unexpected (and official) multi-collabo remix of Danny Brown’s ‘Die Like A Rockstar’ - spearheaded by Disc Jockey Nappy. Here Danny’s flow rests upon the eerie bed of ‘Big Problem’ from Discosoma alums ANR, as remixed by WPB’s Sumsun.

The Bosh Film Festival has commissioned Discosoma band sleepwalking to create a tribute single and video for the Miami Heat’s three-point sorcerer, forward James Jones (#22). Check out the video above and download the track below.
